Recovery: Depending on the activity of the work, you may go back to work after about a week. It would still be good to take a week off for resting.
Possible side effects: Temporary soreness, swelling, discomfort, changes in sensitiveness, dry skin.
Scars: The scars might be red during the first weeks or months, but will become less noticeable.
Risks: Like with every surgery: infection, reactions to anesthesia and hemorrhage, problems with scars, skin loss, losing sensation in your breasts/nipples, slightly unevenly positioned nipples, breast tissue necrosis.
Results: Aging, pregnancy and weight changes could cause the new breasts to sag. An additional surgery might be necessary. The result may last longer, if implants were also inserted during the breast correction surgery.
