My experience with weight loss, lipo and tummy tuck

One year ago my weight was 250 kg with height 165cm. Pretty big difference to treat weight as a normal, isn’t it ? It also created problems for my sexual life, since husband has become colder in relations and our marriage appeared to be in danger. So, I decided to decrease weight. Actually I had an option of liposuction or tummy tuck (did not know difference), but doctors advised to try healthy lifestyle or dieting, because as they told, liposuction is not a replacement for weight loss.
It was joke to talk about my lifestyle. I am not obsessed with food, but believe it’s a common sense to have a couple of chicken burgers with chips for lunch. Now people say to replace it with salads and fruit juice. Also I was advised to walk more and have some physical exercises. I managed from Wednesday to Saturday when we went to Iron Man 2. After cola and popcorn we went to Wendy’s and had few burgers and another few. I was almost on 7th heaven, until I recalled weight loss problem. Can you imagine what I did ? I made stomach cleaning and threw away all stuff from me ! However, even this did not work. I did not lose weight after one week.. So disappointing…
So I jumped into philosophy. If I want to eat, I should follow own desire, but I should manage this desire would not hurt me. I.e. I would not have weight increase, heart problems or whatever.
So I started looking for solution. Food supplements were rejected because I do not want to test someone’s chemical compositions on my body. Who knows what happen. My physician also told so. Afterwards I tested different massage devices. But it was like driving dead horse. I feel some stuff like movements of balls in eromatics massaging machine. But it did not work !
I am lazy person, so exercising, or swimming is not for me. I hate it. Why should I do I hate. I tried again to ask for liposuction, and they agreed to make some on new lipomatic machine. I do not care why , but it was simple, painless and easy. People say, this is the only machine in Baltics.
Now it appeared to be a problem to keep weight. With my habits it seems to be very difficult, so I recalled my philosophy and found a solution, which turned my life around ! Try doing the same and it will work also for you !
I decided to like healthy food ! Like cabbage salad or tomato juice, fat free ham or yoghurt. This idea was like a sign of happiness ! I can eat and enjoy food without worrying about weight !
Of course, it was not so easy to change preferences, but I managed. First of all, I decreased proportion of un-healthy food and increased proportion of vegetables and fruits. I has taken about 6 months for me. But can you imagine ? I was losing weight without worrying about what and how much I eat ! I loved Greek salad and had it few times a day. Of course, it’s also fatty, but not such as chips or hot dogs.
Now my weight is 95 kg which is also pretty high. However, I managed considerable weight loss (do not ask me what was removed with liposuction) and enjoying my meals. Are you able to repeat my success ?
