  • Riski: Tāpat kā katras operācijas gadījumā ir infekcijas, anestēzijas pretreakcijas, kā arī asiņošanas drauds, var būt problēmas ar rētām, ādas zudums, krūšu/krūšu galu nejūtība, krūšu gali atrodas dažādos augstumos, krūšu audu nekroze.
  • Rezultātu noturība: Novecošana, grūtniecība un svara izmaiņas var radīt atkārtotu krūšu noslīdēšanu. Var rasties nepieciešamība veikt papildu operācijas. Rezultāti var būt ilgstošāki, ja krūšu koriģēšanas gaitā tiek ievietotas arī krūšu protēzes.
